We are looking to recruit an industry-leading Senior Production Manager based in London to lead our creative solutions in digital and technology in live events and experiences, with a minimum of 10 years’ agency experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented global team on highly creative and innovative projects. Our major international clients include Amazon, Google, Yahoo, T-Mobile, Pinterest, and Live Nation, activating worldwide at events such as CES, IFA, MIPCOM, and Cannes Lions.
Our focus is on creativity with a practical approach—offering solutions that fit within budgets and briefs, pushing creative boundaries, trying new products, processes, and materials, and creating industry talking points.
We seek a Senior Production Manager who can bring experience and qualities to enhance our team. The role requires being hands-on to lead and deliver high-profile, large-scale projects, working efficiently across multiple projects and across different time zones in Europe and the USA.
Overview
What is the purpose of the job?
Reporting to the Production Director and working alongside the studio, producer, and production teams, you will manage the day-to-day production of large-scale projects worldwide, maintaining high production values. You must be hands-on with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally with clients and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for technical innovation, an outstanding record of delivering international projects, and excellent management and organizational skills. Practical skills in technical production are an advantage.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering innovative client events, ensuring ideas are fit for purpose, pushing boundaries, and creating world-class event executions.
You will also manage contracting and external suppliers.

Requirements
What do you have to achieve?
* Proactive management and delivery of projects within cost, time, and quality constraints
* Effective pre-production planning
* Building and developing good client relationships
* Smooth onsite project delivery from build to derig
* Meeting all internal and client deadlines
* Ensuring projects are commercially successful by managing budgets and costs
Job Activities – what do you have to do?
* Lead production management on projects and support the team
* Manage onsite delivery and client liaison
* Assess production feasibility of client briefs
* Oversee warehouse operations
* Manage project budgets and costs
* Conduct site surveys and supplier briefings
* Build relationships internally and externally
* Contract and manage suppliers, negotiate costs
* Complete project reconciliation and manage expenses
* Stay informed on industry news and new technologies
* Produce detailed schedules and documentation
* Manage health & safety processes
* Guide junior team members
* Handle stress points efficiently and escalate critical issues
Skills required:
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
* Clear communication and interpersonal skills
* Understanding of creative, design, and production technology
* Ability to read technical plans and drawings
Technical knowledge needed:
* Knowledge of event and installation production technology, materials, and techniques
* Understanding of digital execution, live streaming, recording, and broadcasting
* Knowledge of health and safety legislation
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Apple Keynote, Google Apps, Dropbox, Slack
* Ability to interpret CAD drawings; VectorWorks is a bonus
