Our client is seeking an experienced legal admin to support their Legal Professionals across the Firm. This role comes with a varied and diverse workload. You would be based at their Cannock office on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Within this position, you'll also be:
1. Having around 18 - 24 months of experience in a similar administrative role within a law firm
2. Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls to clients, 3rd parties, and internal members
3. Managing diaries using Microsoft Outlook
4. Creating, editing, and formatting various documents including letters, emails, Court documents, and others
5. Opening and closing client matters
6. Maintaining client matters ensuring these are up to date and accurate
7. Scanning in any documents received and saving them to the correct client matter
8. Copying documents
9. Providing reception cover if required
10. Performing hospitality duties if required
You will also need to possess the following attributes and skills.
Salary & Working Hours:
Salary is £25,000 per annum depending on experience.
Monday - Friday - 9 AM - 5 PM
