What You'll Do

As a Retail Manager, you will:

* Lead and inspire teams across the region to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Implement strategies to maximise sales, drive profitability, and enhance overall performance.
* Oversee store operations to ensure efficiency and consistency in line with brand expectations.
* Develop and coach team members, fostering a culture of growth, engagement, and high performance.
* Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and regional leaders to align with wider business goals.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, delivering a safe and productive environment for teams and customers.
* Travel across the region to provide hands-on support and guidance, with occasional overnight stays required.
