As an Audit Manager, you'll be in charge of a portfolio of clients, managing the full cycle of audit engagements. You'll lead diverse and high-performing teams, actively involved in coaching, supporting, and developing them. Main Responsibilities — Plan, budget, and organize audits for clients. Ensure timely completion of work in progress. Deliver high-quality client service, addressing queries and concerns. Review audit team work and provide constructive feedback. Coach and encourage team members' development. Analyze complex issues and propose meaningful recommendations. Build trusted relationships with clients. About you — Relevant experience as an Audit Manager (minimum 3 years post-qualification). Financial services experience (required for this role). Professional accounting qualification.
