?DWR Veterinary Specialists are hiring a Client Care Advisor to join their team This is a busy role, working alternating weeks of 8am-4pm and 11am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 1 weekend every 4 weeks. Main Responsibilities - Greeting clients and their pets upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner - Communicating directly with our vets, physiotherapists and nurses regarding their appointments, clients and patients - Explanation to our clients of the status of their accounts, taking payments and issuing invoices - Arrangement of routine and emergency appointments from our referring vets in primary care practice - Fielding of phone and electronic enquiries from clients, referring vets and colleagues - Close collaboration with our Case Management Team regarding client accounts - Maintenance of patient clinical records using our practice management software system.
