The Role
Are you the "go to" person for the latest things to do in London? With a passion for creating memorable moments and show casing our great City, you will be part of a small but perfectly formed team helping our guests to get the most from their visit. Helping with directions, theatre bookings, delivering luggage, booking restaurants or delivering guest amenities - every day is different, and no two guests are the same! A key part of the Hotel, you will speak to all departments making sure that we create the very best guest experiences through every part of their stay.
What we look for
1. The successful candidate will have excellent communications skills being proficient in both written and spoken English as well as the ability to show empathy when dealing with our guests.
2. Possess knowledge of the hotel and its offerings in all areas, city activities, i.e., theatre, the arts, special exhibits, concerts, shows, sporting events, leisure activities, sightseeing tours, etc. and establish close contacts with people in these areas to provide information.
3. Possess a resourceful knowledge of available city activities, theatre, restaurants, events, etc.
4. Relevant experience in concierge department is highly desirable
