Job Title: SEN Tutor Location: England, South East England, Oxfordshire Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Primary Industry: Education and Training Secondary Industry: Education and Training Job Duties: Providing specialised educational support to students with special educational needs (SEN) Developing and implementing individualised education plans for students with SEN Delivering tailored lessons and activities to meet the specific needs of each student Monitoring and assessing student progress regularly Collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support student learning Required Qualifications: Recognised teaching qualification Experience working with students with special educational needs Knowledge of SEN policies and procedures Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: At least 2 years of experience working as a SEN tutor or in a similar role Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of different learning styles and strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Knowledge of SEN legislation and best practises Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs Training in specific SEN interventions or therapies Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible schedule Work closely with students, parents, and educational staff May require travel to different educational settings All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
