How you’ll support us on our mission to keep people safe and warm… Manage a team of Record Control Assistants and/or Admin Team Oversee accurate records control operations, ensuring all functions and processes are adhered to and developed Co-ordinate stats collation from RCAs Undertake site and yard audits Manage SCO Data for the Depot Coordinate ad-hoc projects that arise and impact on operations Support the Project Managers with raising ROs for direct labour projects Support the Business Performance manager by ensuring resource data is current and accurate Maintain and manage Fleet and Plant for teams Identify and implement innovative ways to work Coordination of ad-hoc projects that arise and impact on operations Supporting the Project Managers with raising ROs for direct labour projects Supporting the Business Performance manager by ensuring resource data is current and accurate Looking after Depots Fleet and Plant Assisting with implementation of innovation and be able to innovate to apply change for an improved structure whilst making cost savings. You will have excellent IT skills and be competent in Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel. A full driving license is essential as you will be expected to travel to other locations as part of your role and you must be prepared to work out of normal working hours.
