Position: RMN or any other AHP with Experience in CAMHS

To adhere to the team standard operating procedure and manage a caseload of children in Barking & Dagenham CAMHS team ensuring that they are receiving evidenced based treatment and interventions in line with NICE Guidelines. To conduct review and clinical harm reviews on CYP who have not had a contact for over 6 months. The clinician will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date records of all CYP on their caseload ensuring that they have an up to date SMART co-produced care plan and risk assessment.
This role will involve proactive coordination and partnership working with the CYP, their carers and other agencies involved with the young person as well as referring onwards to other services that will best meet their needs. Therefore, this means attendance to professional meetings, CIN, and safeguarding. The candidate will take part in supporting the team with duty, supporting trainees when on placement and be actively involved in service developments such as taking part in audits and QI projects.
