Property Management Surveyor
Location: Bristol
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + car allowance + bonus + benefits
A highly successful independent property consultancy has instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Property Management Surveyor for their Bristol office. This recruitment follows the successful acquisition of a new Bristol-based client. We are seeking a property management surveyor with ideally at least 2-3 years of experience who will receive considerable support and autonomy to integrate into this growing firm.

Candidate Experience:
* Lead property manager for a single client with a regional property portfolio of approximately 8-10 properties near Bristol, including household office, leisure, and retail occupiers.
* Strong understanding of budget setting, cost control, and service charge recovery/administration
* Knowledge of building construction, M&E installations, and contract management
* Familiarity with lease renewals, rent reviews, and lettings/disposals/acquisitions
* Awareness of Health and Safety legislation and best practices
* Attention to detail with strong numerical and written abilities
* Ability to write clear, concise reports with well-argued conclusions and recommendations
* Target-driven and able to work at pace
* Ideally RICS qualified
* Full UK driving licence
* Knowledge of Property Management software
* Proven commercial property management experience
The hiring manager is open to considering candidates from Surveyor to Senior Surveyor level and welcomes applicants who have the drive to succeed in a new role. The individual's character is of utmost importance.
