Our client, a highly acquisitive business in the Energy sector are looking to integrate a new function into their business which will focus on the capture and effective usage of all historic and current data eminating from the various business units.
A key role within this is that of the Integration Manager, where you will be a key focus point within the business unit, and be seen as the "go-to" person for all stakeholders.
The Integration Manager will ideally have a strong finance background with experience in cross-functional reporting and managing projects and/or integrations. The ideal candidate should have experience working with and understanding the functional needs of a business (e.g., commercial, legal, HR), and have the confidence to be the focal point for managing new business integrations.
The successful candidate will have strong relationship management skills and be able to work with management in Renewables and across the group to support and execute the Divisional Integration plan. This role suits someone who is looking to take on the challenge and sees the potential career development opportunities that come with exposure to senior management and executing a critical business plan.
