Administrator Venn Group are pleased to have partnered with one of our valued clients to source a diligent and driven administrator for an exciting new interim role. Location: Stevenage (fully on-site) Duration: Three months Rate: £11.44 per hour holiday pay Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours p/week) The main duties of the role include: Handling day-to-day administrative duties including HR paperwork, ad hoc reports, and gathering information for complaints Participating in meetings with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, taking minutes when required Collating/distributing papers for meetings Following up action points from meetings with the relevant party to ensure that they are completed in good time Acting as an initial point of contact, fielding a wide range of queries and escalating urgent matters as required Undertaking secretarial and administrative duties, preparing documents with a high degree of accuracy Essential skills/experience required: Demonstrable experience working in fast-paced administrative environments Strong organisational, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills Experience of taking minutes in meetings (desirable) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal We are looking for candidates who are able to start at no more than a week’s notice.
