Girls Player Development Coach - Cambridgeshire Norwich City FC’s Regional Development Programme (RDP) is looking for an enthusiastic Girls Player Development Coach to join our team in Cambridgeshire. About the Role: You will lead football sessions at our Girls Player Development Centres across Cambridgeshire. This role offers multiple days and locations, with a flexible, casual contract, providing the perfect opportunity to work with aspiring young female footballers and help them achieve their potential. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver football sessions tailored to girls’ development. Foster a positive and inclusive environment where young female players can thrive. Monitor and assess player progress, providing feedback and end-of-season reports. Promote Norwich City FC’s values through your coaching. What We’re Looking For: FA Level 1 Coaching Qualification (UEFA C License/FA Level 2 or higher desirable). Experience coaching girls and a passion for girls’ football development.
