Commercial Account Handler Manage a portfolio of clients, handle their insurance needs including renewals and changes, and support business growth by developing new opportunities and cross-selling additional services. Key Responsibilities: Manage and retain a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent service and relationship management. Handle policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Cross-sell additional business solutions, such as energy, telecoms, and employee benefits. Provide technical support to clients and insurers. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing client queries and concerns. Requirements: Experience in commercial insurance broking (Preferred) Knowledge of general insurance products and FCA compliance. (Preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems. Progress toward or willingness to pursue CII qualifications. Skills: Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage workloads efficiently.
