Role Description
As our Chef de Partie, you’ll work closely with the team to bring our unique fusion menu to life, managing all aspects of the kitchen from stock control to team leadership, while exceeding guest expectations with every dish.
Qualifications
* Culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
* Experience in kitchen management and working within a team
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Relevant culinary qualification or certification
* Experience in a similar role in a high-volume kitchen is a plus
* Expertise in Sri Lankan cuisine with an international background will be an added advantage.
