Senior Project Delivery Manager The Senior Project Manager is in charge of project activities, commercial and contractual. They are the Client, Sub-Contractor and Company point of contact for the project. Responsibilities For Projects: Define the Project Team Report and monitor the technical and financial performance of the project and make adjustments if necessary Project files, quality performance and safety performance Distribution of project information, standards and criteria Document change orders Define the project requirements for vendors and subcontractors Planning and implementation of SHE Management System Planning and maintenance of project resources Ensure adherence to Company Policy Represent the Company in all matters of his discipline Safeguard client and PTL interest To report any unsafe conditions or incidents in the workplace including damaged equipment or facilities Meet with Client representatives at regular intervals Negotiate with Client representatives on changes in schedule, scope or requirements Translate Contractual requirements into work plans, schedules, etc Perform Risk identification sessions and develop mitigation action plan. Develop the discipline strategy Coordinate the activities in his discipline throughout the Group of Companies For Tenders To enhance competitiveness of the tender and add value during the Key Issue analysis process To identify synergy opportunities To identify alternative execution method opportunities To improve quality of execution method, schedules and budget Ensure quality inclusion of all PM related matters for the outgoing tender Approve the Scope, Method, Schedule and cost Budget prior to the submission of the outgoing tender and upon contract signature Review Invitation to Tender and identify risks, propose synergies and alternative execution methods Provide best cost budge input Participate in vendor selection and evaluation process Join the internal risk identification meetings Attend Tender Board meetings Review the tender method statements, schedules and cost budget to assure reliability and completeness, prior to bid submission and contract signature Review tender documents and provide clarifications & qualifications Join tender clarification meetings with client as required Approve and Sign cost budget prior to contract handover Requirements BSc in Engineering or equivalent experience Relevant Offshore Safety Training On/Offshore project experience in Subsea and Pipelaying Variation in Project concepts (Turnkey-fabrication) Extensive Financial/Commerical Knowledge Extensive experience in tender preparations Strong client facing skills Coating experience desirable especially IMPP
