An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Chief Operating Officer to lead the day-to-day operations of JMC Aviation's product lines and service delivery to customers.
This role will involve developing and executing an operational strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives, evaluating industry trends, and identifying new international markets for talent attraction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment teams in achieving revenue targets, delivering against customer requirements, and ensuring best practice recruitment processes.
They will also oversee the Global Engineering Workforce in achieving revenue targets, identifying new international markets, and establishing strong partnerships with preferred suppliers.
Furthermore, they will lead the training team in achieving revenue targets, develop training to support delivery of customer requirements, and establish strong partnerships with preferred suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have previous line manager experience, good leadership qualities, and a good understanding of all JMC services and the market.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
In this role, you will work closely with the commercial team to ensure client satisfaction and timely service delivery against agreed SLAs. You will also proactively address client concerns and manage escalations to maintain positive long-term relationships.
You will develop and manage budgets for each product line, monitor revenue streams, analyse financial data, and identify areas for improvement.
