1. High-volume, telephone-based Customer Service experience (B2C)
2. Experience working in an FCA regulated environment
Our client is a successful mortgage lender that has nearly doubled in size over the last 4 years. They offer a different style of lending and want to give everyone the opportunity to own their property.
As a result of their growth, they are seeking confident, empathetic, and experienced Customer Service Agents to join them from 7th April 2025 (this is a fixed start date, with no negotiation).
The overall purpose of the role is to communicate with customers who have queries on their mortgage accounts and provide positive solutions to their problems while adhering to regulations and legislation. Your working day will be spent on the telephone with customers, alongside a small amount of administration.
The successful applicant will come from a high-volume call centre background within an FCA regulated environment. We are not considering candidates who do not have any B2C call centre experience.
