* Lead customer complaint investigations, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions.

* Proven experience in Technical or Quality Manager role within food or beverage industry.
* HACCP Level 3 certification and experience with BRC or similar audit standards.
* Strong quality assurance knowledge, customer-facing experience, and people management.
* Ability to build operational relationships and work autonomously with attention to detail.
* Internal Auditor training, desire for continuous improvement, and adaptable outlook.
