Are you an experienced coach with strong stakeholder relationships? Due to internal progression, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR partner to join our Premium division, supporting and enhancing the skills of our Miller & Carter, Vintage Inns, and Premium Country Pubs General Managers on a twelve-month fixed-term contract.
We are at the heart of hospitality, and with over 1,700 managed sites, we’re the home of some of the nation’s favourite restaurants, bustling bars, cosy country pubs, and the local you didn’t know we owned. If you’re as passionate about hospitality as we are, we want to hear from you!

Within your role, you will enhance the skills of the General Managers to drive sales through the development of their people, support General Managers to ensure all new team members receive a full and robust induction driving engagement and retention, and support to ensure there is a strong management succession pipeline in place to drive improvement in performance against key HR people metrics.
As an expert coach, you will be aligned to the Premium division, reporting into our Head of People – Premium, and your priorities will be focused on the people requirements of your aligned division. In your working week, you would be visiting our restaurants across the division and travelling for up to three days per week across your South West patch. This is a mobile role with diverse working weeks; therefore, you will need to have a highly flexible approach to travel and overnight stays, and a driving license is essential.
You’ll be well rewarded…

* Flexible working – to work around the other important things in life.
* Love eating out? You'll love it even more with a massive 33% discount across all our brands, so whether it’s date night at Miller & Carter or family roast at Toby Carvery, we’ve got you covered.
