About The Company: The Compliance officer will work with all departments to resolve compliance issues, provide recommendation, communication on status of action resolution whilst tracking corrective actions. You will be working on a variable shift rota any days between Monday to Sunday, 06:00 to 23:00, 40 hours per week on a permanent, full-time basis. Duties: Ensure all Health and Safety and Security regulations are known and strictly adhered to at all times. To carry out daily product quality inspections to ensure that customer expectations are met. To ensure Personal Protective Equipment policies and procedures are adhered to by all on site. To carry out on-the-job training relating to Health, Safety, Security, Quality and, Environment as and when necessary. To continually coach all relevant employees in Health, Safety, Security, Quality and Environment in best practice standards. To take part in the site risk assessment programme. To organise Estates visits and to report building issues. To carry out daily site inspections to monitor compliance with all legal and best practice standard relating to the role. Report Positive interventions and analyse trends and Dashboards. To carry out Active Monitoring site inspection and record and report any findings as necessary. To coordinate housekeeping of all areas and continuously monitor compliance to best practice. To undertake administration tasks relating to Health, Safety, Security, Quality, and Environment. To act as deputy radiation supervisor for the site. To ensure that Health, Safety, Security, Quality and Environment documentation is accurately produced, and records are maintained. To motivate the team so that Health, Safety, Security, Quality and Environment targets are exceeded, and they are involved in continuous improvement process. To plan audit, execute and prepare audit reports. Assist with site internal and external audit programmes. Communicate and support OCS trainers to ensure that areas of concern are developed into training programmes. Evaluating training. To conduct and assist with accident investigations as necessary. To ensure that a safe system of work is communicated to employees prior to commencement of the work activity. Ensure all RAMS, COSHHS are in date. Take responsibility for ensuring that plant, equipment and workplace environment is maintained and fit for purpose, positively promoting the faults within the zone area. Undertake regular site and service inspections and audit all working equipment and identify areas of non-compliance to Health & Safety and Quality Standards and take actions where required daily. Manage the safety performance of all Personnel and sub-contractors and take appropriate action for any breaches. You will be required to work closely with the quality Manager to ensure the quality of standards, processes and procedures and support. Furthermore, you will be required to ensure that safety initiatives are implemented within operational areas.
