SANZA are currently recruiting for a wonderful primary school in the borough of Kensington and Chelsea. This large one form entry catholic primary school is looking for a Year 4 teacher to join their team for the new academic year on a 1-year temp to perm contract.

Primary Teacher role
5. As Year 4 teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and enriching learning experiences for their youngest learners. Working closely with other experienced colleagues, you will have the opportunity to develop your teaching skills and gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.
6. You will be responsible for planning and delivering exciting lessons, building positive relationships with pupils and parents, and creating a stimulating learning environment where children feel safe and supported.
7. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that are tailored to meet the needs of all pupils in Key stage 2.
8. Use a range of different teaching strategies and resources to support pupils' learning and development, including literacy numeracy skills. Assess pupil progress and provide targeted support and intervention where necessary to ensure all pupils are developing.
9. Plan and assess student work as well as being involved in the wider school community. Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
10. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning in the school.
Job requirements
11. Right to work in the UK Qualified Teacher Status QTS or pending QTS status as an Early Career Teacher.
12. Passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing high-quality early years education.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
14. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to the wider school community.
15. Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
