Do you have some experience in Sales, probably in a lead generation capacity, and are looking to take your career further in the lucrative world of software tech? Or, potentially, do you have extensive experience in the hospitality or retail industry and are looking for a solid, earning, career growth switch?
If so, we have an excellent position available for you in our sales team, where you can learn and develop your sales career alongside experienced software salespeople.
Location: Banbury, Oxford. 2 days per week in the office. Commutable from Northampton, Milton Keynes, Rugby, Coventry, Oxford, etc.
What will my day-to-day look like?
1. Outbound sales: Lead generation, prospecting, researching, reaching out, and hunting down those opportunities.
2. Qualifying: Are they ready for a demo by the sales team? Do they need a bit more?
3. Making sure all your activity is on the CRM (Salesforce).
4. Working with the marketing team to align on outbound sales campaigns.
What will I need to bring?
1. 1-3 years in a sales or lead generation role—if you’ve got experience in hospitality, retail, or tech, we definitely want to hear from you too!
2. Know what ‘good’ and ‘best’ looks like – we want to learn from you, too.
3. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and always up for a challenge.
4. You know your way around a CRM (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and love digging into LinkedIn and other sales tools.
