Our client are looking for a switched-on, proactive Office Manager to join their small, but rapidly expanding team in their brand new office in Thames Ditton. Key Responsibilities • Managing the reception and dealing with all incoming calls appropriately • Handling complex information and data, utilising Excel and CRM • Order processing and input • Overseeing administrative procedures and processes. • Acting as main point of contact and liaison between external clients/internal staff • Preparing routine correspondence and regular reports for senior members of staff Key attributes • 5 GCSE's at grade A or above or equivalent (including Maths and English) • Relevant experience in a similar role • Excellent work ethic and enthusiasm • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with Zoho CRM would be advantageous Please note: Due to the large volume of applications we receive for each position we will only be able to respond to applications received with the relevant skills.
