Partner with a dynamic, global team of experts, including underwriters, risk engineers, and analytics and claims professionals, to design, implement and service multinational insurance programs. This includes issuing timely policies, providing regulatory advice, sharing local knowledge, supporting efficient money movement capabilities, and deploying large, fronted limits. How you will create an impact: This role provides a single point of accountability, reporting, governance, and subject matter expertise in respect to AIG’s Global Network and Network Partner related reinsurance arrangements; working in close collaboration with Multinational, Intercompany Reinsurance, Legal and other relevant stakeholders to strengthen and improve efficiency, execution, reporting and governance of AIG’s Network & Network Partner reinsurance. Maintain & manage AIG’s Multinational Consolidated Reinsurance Schematic, ensuring its accuracy, completeness and connectivity/alignment with relevant systems, functions/business units and records. Manage (& where possible rationalize) AIG’s Network reinsurer registrations Rationalize and administer Network Partner Reinsurance related signing requirements on behalf of AIG UK in support of multinational business. Review, maintain current and administer automated Facultative Certificate processes supporting multinational business. Analyze the impact of local insurance and reinsurance regulatory and operational changes on Multinational programs across the AIG global network. Act as AIG Network Reinsurance “sme”, providing input to discussions around Multinational Reinsurance model(s). Support Intercompany Reinsurance Team in annual drafting, execution, operationalization & management of: Standardized Quota Share Treaties Standalone Multinational Treaties Compulsory local reinsurance/retrocessions Oversight of Tata AIG (India) Producing Office Reinsurance. Identify & implement improvement opportunities for existing processes What you'll need to succeed: Understand reinsurance regulations and their implications.
