About the Role
Role Description
We are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join our finance team at Maria Mallaband Care Group. The Assistant Management Accountant will support this business function with monthly P&L, balance sheet preparation and weekly KPI’s to improve overall business financial performance.
* Please note this is an office based role and is based at our Leeds Head Office – LS126DB
* We are looking for somebody currently studying (CIMA or ACCA)
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of monthly Management Accounts for circa 80 homes monthly. Including accruals, prepayments, variance analysis and commentary.
* Detailed Accrued & Deferred Income preparation
* Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
* Supporting the Finance Business Partners and liaising with Regional Directors with the analysis of management accounts.
* Assisting with budget preparation
* Weekly reporting of KPI’s to the board
* Any other adhoc reporting and analysis work required
* Support of annual audit
