Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Assistant to support our Division General Manager in customer management, meeting organization, and the development of sales strategies. In this key role, you will assist in preparing meeting materials, recording meeting points, maintaining customer databases, and ensuring the successful execution of action items. You will also contribute to market analysis and competitor research, helping to shape our sales strategy and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Meetings: Support the Division General Manager in organizing customer meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and managing follow-up actions.
2. Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks such as writing meeting minutes, compiling reports, and updating customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
3. On-site Support: Attend customer meetings when required, take detailed meeting notes, and ensure that all agreed action items are executed on time.
