Receptionist
Hours of work: Monday-Friday - 8am to 5:30pm (includes a paid lunch break)
Start date: 12th February 2025
Dress code: Professional / Smart Wear
Main responsibilities:
1. Be the first point of contact in meeting and greeting all visitors and customers to the company.
2. Administer the switchboard accordingly.
3. Answer a high volume of calls on a daily basis.
4. Perform general administrative duties and maintenance.
5. Complete any other delegated duties relevant to the post.
6. Must be satisfactorily proficient in Microsoft Office platforms.
Qualifications:
Previous front of house/reception/admin experience desired but not essential.
