We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Electrical Estimator to join a well-established M&E contractor. This role is perfect for someone with strong electrical knowledge who wants to develop their career in estimating. What’s Involved? As a Trainee Electrical Estimator, you will receive full training in: Reviewing tender documents, drawings & specifications Conducting quantity take-offs & material costings Liaising with suppliers & subcontractors for competitive pricing Producing accurate cost estimates & supporting tender submissions Attending site meetings & carrying out surveys if required Learning electrical design calculations using Amtech Pro Design Essential: Time-served electrician with strong electrical knowledge City & Guilds 2382, 236 Parts 1 & 2, and 2391 (or equivalent) Computer literate – experience with Word, Excel & Outlook Strong communication skills & attention to detail Ambitious, eager to learn & able to work well under pressure This is a fantastic opportunity to transition into an office-based role while still utilising your electrical expertise.
