Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting young learners? Tradewind is currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic primary school in the Reddish area of Stockport.
The Role:
1. Supporting children in Early Years who are very active.
2. Assisting with classroom activities and ensuring a safe, engaging learning environment.
3. Using strong behaviour management strategies to support children's learning and development.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Has experience working with children in Early Years.
2. Is confident in managing behaviour in an active classroom environment.
3. Is enthusiastic, proactive, and patient.
