The R ole As part of the adidas Emerging Markets hub team based in London, you will focus on delivering Performance Media best practice, governance and data-based decision making, across multiple channels and in 28 markets in Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will help to drive the strategic vision for Performance Media and facilitate effective cross channel solutions to grow the adidas business, drive sales, and meet all business objectives. Your core focus will be on continual improvements to business performance, demonstrating a deep understanding of eCommerce and performance media levers, both from a strategic and an activation perspective. The Emerging Markets Hub team is based out of London and you’ll be in close contact and exchange with great colleagues working for adidas worldwide and adidas Europe. Who are you / Key skills and experience Create industry leading ideas Be consumer first, identifying real insights and behaviours View the communications and media landscape as an integrated and connected system Develop a strong trusted relationship with key category clients Help to grow strategic best-practice across the team and network Interface with the other specialist function units across the global and regional teams Who are you / skillset We require an experienced performance practitioner with the right mix of platform knowledge and excellent communication skills. Strong knowledge of search, social & programmatic including good understanding of platform best practices and e-commerce more broadly. Good analytical skills to be able to guide your team / cluster teams in analysing performance data sets to find identify opportunities. Strong communication skills, ability to clearly and concisely articulate performance trends and the driving factors behind them. Strong tech literacy ; ability to understand ad-tech and implications of changes in the eco system or capabilities of different technology. Good working knowledge of measurement techniques like incrementality highly important. Well-organized & structure driven ; the EM hub is complex and connects into many clusters of markets. Delivering in this role requires management and tracking of multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously so strong organizational skills are a must.
