In this role, you will be responsible for: Lead high-quality communication and reporting, driving proactive site meetings and commercial decisions. Mentor team members for improved project delivery and career development while upholding company values of integrity and passion. Manage cost valuation reports, cash flow, and subcontractor valuations, ensuring commercial success. Oversee Head Contract Valuations and Variation Orders, ensuring timely submission and contract compliance. Manage subcontractor procurement, agreements, and valuations, ensuring alignment with project timelines. Foster proactive communication with stakeholders, resolving commercial or contractual issues. Oversee document reviews and updates, ensuring subcontractor details and insurance are maintained. Submit accurate tender packages and manage subcontractor queries. About the benefits and rewards: The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of £85,000 to £110,000. About the requirements: The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the main contracting (construction) industry, ideally within super prime residential projects. Amongst other skills and requirements such as: ● Quantity Surveying or Construction Management qualification is beneficial. ● Extensive Construction Methodology knowledge and experience in high end residential construction industry. Experience pricing in house trades is advantageous. ● Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders during bid process, coordinating between departments and supply chain
