What you'll do As a Voids Coordinator you will provide administration, project and team support which will underpin an effective, compliant and customer centric service for our residents. You'll have a good eye for detail, combined with a customer focused mindset, excellent communication & IT skills, and a commitment to providing a first class voids service. You will be expected to continually monitor the quality and success of all void works, using data, analysis and insight to instigate appropriate improvements and recommendations alongside providing robust administrative support functions to support the Voids Manager and the Head of void improvements in budget monitoring, managing necessary databases and systems. You will work closely and collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders across NHG and externally to drive improvements and offer a first-class service to our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for our operational colleagues so that they can manage the lettings process alongside the refurbishment works. How you'll do it make decisions on how empty homes will be managed through a strategic asset management approach raising orders for repair and refurbishment works to our empty homes and processing invoices for payment arranging compliance certification including gas, electrical, EPC & asbestos through a variety of different systems and portals updating and maintaining accurate records of void events within Northgate, Workwise and other property management system provide the regional teams with a handover pack containing keys, compliance certification and handover documents to enable the property to be let assist managers with reporting information from internal systems to present a comprehensive overview of team performance, The Ideal Candidate We believe great service starts with great people, and we are committed to recruiting and developing passionate, enthusiastic, and talented individuals who can add value to our thriving organisation.
