Based just outside of Woking **Must be able to drive**

£25,000 plus 20 days +BH, Pension scheme, company discounts, Sociable team
Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm) (x4 Saturdays annually)
We have a new and exciting opportunity to join a reputable organisation in Surrey.
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and support the small but busy team as a Customer Service/Collections Administrator.
In your new role, you will be responsible for managing the collections process, ensuring prompt payment from clients, resolving account issues, and maintaining positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with clients regarding outstanding payments, resolving queries and ensuring smooth transactions.
2. Assist vendors with financial processes, ensuring accurate and timely disbursements.
3. Monitor accounts, update records, and process payments efficiently through the company's system.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
5. Resolve outstanding issues and negotiate payment plans.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in debt collection (Desired)
2. Strong background working in customer services
3. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
4. Experience with Navision or similar software (Desirable)
5. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
6. Excellent communication skills
