A new instruction with a major employer within the area specialising in manufacturing. The role is presented on a long term temporary basis for up to 12 months with hybrid working available. The Position: The Project Manager Assistant will provide immediate administrative support to assist with the co-ordination and execution of various projects. Previous experience within project management is not essential. This will include managing product set up, circulating notes, organising and attending meetings and tracking documents. Your tasks will be assigned by the Senior Project Manager and will be designed to ensure alignment with project goals and priorities. The role is considered ideal for someone who can demonstrate the following skills/competencies: Strong administrative capabilities Great communication skills Exceptional organisational skills/time management An eye for detail and accuracy Comfortable working within a fast paced environment Adaptability Flexibility Hours of Work Etc: 37 hours per week 9am – 5pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 9am – 4.30pm, with 45 minute lunchbreak Hybrid working available, generally 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office If you have the skills, knowledge and experience we are seeking and potentially available to start asap, then we very much welcome your application.
