Job Description:
The Liberty Fabric Interiors Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional sales support and ensuring a seamless customer service experience within the Liberty Fabric Interiors wholesale division. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can effectively manage orders, stock, and sales team support on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the daily management of orders and stock, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
2. Provide comprehensive support to the sales team across global markets.
3. Develop an in-depth understanding of Liberty products, continuously expanding expertise as new collections are introduced.
4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of departmental processes and company policies.
5. Process orders and returns accurately and in a timely manner through the ERP system (Infor M3).
6. Coordinate stock allocation and shipments in accordance with customer specifications.
7. Communicate order status updates, proactively addressing any issues or delays.
8. Liaise effectively with warehouse and production teams to facilitate smooth operations.
9. Actively participate in key sales meetings as required.
Customer Service
1. Deliver clear, professional, and timely responses to customer inquiries.
2. Provide accurate and insightful product and order information.
3. Strive for first-contact resolution to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 1 years professional experience.
2. Minimum of one year in a customer-facing role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
4. Familiarity with ERP systems.
5. Experience in wholesale textiles is advantageous.
6. Technical knowledge of fabric and textiles is a plus.
