The Role We are seeking an experienced full stack Senior Developer to play a pivotal role in our global compliance systems. You will drive initiatives to enhance our release processes, enforce development standards, and re-engineer systems as needed. As a senior team member, you will mentor developers and support staff, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment. Your expertise will ensure our solutions exceed expectations, particularly as we embark on new projects in applications and analytics in the coming year.This position offers the opportunity to maintain a healthy work/life balance in a people-focused environment while going beyond regular work hours when required to ensure system and user support. Responsibilities Develop and sustain robust solutions throughout the product landscape. Provide expertise in the development environment, particularly for the Intapp product suite (Intapp Open, Intapp Terms, Intapp Pricing, Wallbuilder, and Integration Builder and IIS). Proactively identify and resolve technical gaps and performance bottlenecks. Establish and uphold best practices for release processes, version management, coding standards, and code reviews. Collaborate with the QA team to ensure code quality assurance. Contribute to architectural and design phases, making informed contributions regarding technology stack and system architecture. Assist in improving application lifecycle processes, managing development schedules, and implementing lean development methodologies using Agile and DevOps principles. Create and maintain technical documentation for systems, processes, and solutions. Ensure solutions adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards. Skills Required Experience in Intapp or other low code workflow development tools, ideally in a Legal context. Proficient in REST API skills, with experience using Intapp Integration Builder or other ETL tools. Strong SQL development skills. Proficiency in scripting languages (Javascript, Python, PowerShell) and programming principles. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric. Experience in deploying applications to cloud services (Azure). Understanding of Legal Compliance processes and regulatory reporting requirements. Experience with Legal Practice Management Systems. Knowledge of Version Control, Release Management, and secure coding practices. Experience with Agile development standards and DevOps principles. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
