Head of Software Development Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a number of software development teams, consisting of 75-85 IT professionals, in order to deliver high-quality software solutions. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in software development practices, particularly within a public Cloud environment. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and Architecture teams to align development plans with market needs. Maintain high standards of quality and performance throughout the product lifecycle, minimizing customer disruption. Head of Software Development Skills: Strong leadership abilities with experience managing established software development teams of at least 50 people. Proficient in Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud-based technologies. Excellent communication skills, capable of inspiring and motivating teams. Experience in using data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in software development. Head of Software Development Aptitudes: Results-oriented with a commitment to driving high performance and continuous improvement.
