Job Description
Red Bull Advanced Technologies are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer.
Your responsibilities:
1. Evaluate the latest Production Technology facilities, processes, systems, equipment, machines and tools targeting the leanest, most efficient routes to success.
2. Identify the latest Production capabilities that could influence future strategies and raise goal expectations, and objectively assess their viability through trials and evaluation.
3. Use NX Design to deliver suitable solutions to assist all RBAT supply chain departments to have the right hardware to deliver project objectives.
4. Prioritise and deliver a combination of business driven, sustainment and improvement projects and translate these into clear, logical development plans.
5. Support the production teams in defining, validating and managing their financial expenditure requirements.
6. Provide end-to-end Project Management of capital expenditure projects, including justification, supplier management, purchase, installation, commissioning and acceptance of new facilities/equipment/capabilities before sustainable handover to the Supply Chain.
7. Support Manufacturing and Production Engineering with knowledge of the processes/systems/tools/equipment available enabling them to avoid and/or solve day to day problems.
8. Maintain a consistent communication channel from Production into the Technical Office and ensure their current and future needs align, to jointly drive the development of new capabilities.
9. Bring together cross functional teams to evaluate entire part production processes, to ensure from start to end the most efficient synchronised overall process is in place.
10. Support Manufacturing, Production Engineering and Production Control with Continuous Improvement acting as a coach to drive improvement in the strategic areas identified.
11. Support Supply Chain in the development of Roadmaps.
