Conveyancer – West Yorkshire (Multiple Office Locations) – Up to £45K + Bonus

What you’ll be doing:
* Managing your own caseload of approx. 60–100 conveyancing files, depending on experience
* Providing high-quality legal advice and excellent service from instruction through to completion
* Keeping clients informed and supported throughout the process
* Supervising and supporting your own legal assistant or secretary
* Maintaining strong relationships internally and externally
* Actively contributing to the firm’s success and upholding its strong professional image
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
* A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX, or someone with extensive residential property law/conveyancing experience
* Experience handling a diverse range of conveyancing files, including sales/purchase, freehold, leasehold, etc.
* A strong grasp of all stages within a conveyancing casefile, from onboarding, through sale/purchase, to post completion
* Excellent communication, case management and organisational skills
* Someone who can manage pressure, meet deadlines, and work well as part of a team
