My client is an innovative tech business that sells products & services across the globe, due to expansion our client is now looking to recruit an experiencedClient Account Manager to join their team. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for account managing a number of key customer accounts as well as developing new business. You will bring previous account management experience to this role and use this experience to drive client growth. As an account manager, your typical week will include: Managing relationships with a number of business customer accounts, ensuring they receive a high level of service Helping customers with new requirements, providing advice and support where necessary Working closely with marketing and technical departments to sell new products and services Promoting new solutions Working as a team to achieve targets and KPIs The core hours of work are Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm. Due to the location of the offices, a Full UK Driving licence is desirable. To be considered for this role you ideally have the following skills/experience:- Previous experience in Account Management, customer service or sales A knowledge or interest in the tech market (desirable) A passion for working with people In return for the right candidate our client is offering a basic salary of up to £30,000, quarterly bonuses and the opportunity for development.
