Primary School Teacher - Darlington
About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Primary School Teacher to join our vibrant and dedicated team. Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs of all students.

* Assess and monitor the progress of pupils, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their potential.
* Work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and other colleagues to ensure the success of all children.
* Support the social, emotional, and personal development of children, helping them to grow in confidence and independence.
* Maintain a high standard of classroom management, using positive strategies to promote good behaviour.
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress.
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events.
* Contribute to the school's ethos and values, promoting an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
About You:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and best teaching practices.
* Experience in teaching in a primary school setting (desirable but not essential for NQTs).
* A passion for working with children and a commitment to their academic and personal development.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* A creative, innovative approach to teaching and learning.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
* A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference.
