Talent Acquisition Specialist - Global organisation - Immediate start The role: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the hiring strategy, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and building strong talent pipelines. You will have significant autonomy to drive recruitment initiatives and influence hiring decisions. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in either in-house recruitment or agency recruitment, particularly within the tech, sales, or marketing sectors. The main responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter extensively to attract, engage, and build pipelines of top talent. Develop and execute social media and employer branding campaigns to enhance talent attraction. Proactively source passive candidates and maintain strong talent pools. Provide market insights and recruitment data to influence hiring decisions. Ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring approach, aligning with company values. Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality hiring process. Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to track candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics. The idea candidate: Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency. Experience in tech, sales, or marketing recruitment is highly desirable. Proven expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter to source and engage talent. Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and employer branding.
