Professional Client Side Project Manager required to work alongside the Client Team and oversee a large mixed use fitout comprising of both Office and Labs in a live environment. The experienced PM will be used to working in the clients office as part of the PM team and overseeing the whole project with the on site contractor reporting in to the professional team.
The experienced candidate must have a strong knowledge of CDM and APC regulations.
Additional duties include:
1. Lead day to day delivery of projects for funds, developers, occupiers and supporting Directors on larger projects
2. Select, appoint and manage design teams in the development of design solutions, planning application and statutory approvals
3. Able to administer complex building contracts, ensuring the compliance of contractors to the contract terms and conditions
4. Assist with the compilation of tender documents and critical review of tender returns, contract negotiations, client reporting
5. Develop project documentation, fee schedules, programmes, risk schedules and master budget
6. Produce client reports to suit all stages of the projects
7. Manage client relationships throughout the project cycle
