Following a restructure in our Executive Support function, we are recruiting for two permanent Executive Assistants to join the team who will be working closely with Executive Directors and the broader CLT to provide comprehensive project support to key directorate activities. Reporting to the Executive Support Team Leader, you will be maintaining and actively managing inboxes, and calendars, the corporate risk register, discharging outstanding audit actions and taking responsibility for the maintenance of departmental forward plans. You will be required to compile project status reports and have shared responsibility for providing full secretarial support to key internal governance boards as well as a range of other executive support functions for Executive Directors and the Executive Support Team Leader. As part of this crucial role, you will provide a full range of professional, high-level support services to the Executive Directors, enabling them to advance organisational initiatives and goals. Through gatekeeping and managing upwards, you will enable the Executive Director to focus on advanced leadership and strategy functions. You should exercise judgement in prioritisation when dealing with all matters, referring only to the Executive Director as and when necessary, ensuring tact, discretion, confidentiality and courtesy at all times.
