Business Support Coordinator Location: Loudwater, High Wycombe Job Type: Full-time Salary: £28,500 - £33,000 per year Join an award-winning service business aiming to become the leading Facilities Management provider in England. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Support Coordinator to enhance our team. Day-to-day of the role: Enter sales enquiries and manage general sales administration tasks within our CRM. Arrange site visits and follow up on all sales quotes, logging progress in CRM. Data entry and management of new clients, contacts, and sites in CRM. Create new jobs and PPM contracts, and organise jobs via CRM, including support for engineers. Manage finance administration tasks such as sending invoices and payment reminders. Handle HR administration tasks for the operations team, including processing new starters and leavers, monitoring absence, managing holiday requests, and booking training courses. Manage the helpdesk email and escalate issues to the appropriate department. Create social media posts and marketing emails. Perform general office duties, including answering phones, customer service, and covering for staff holidays. Undertake project work to support the senior management team and assist with managing trade water sales, fleet management, and health and safety support. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in a multi-tasked business administration role covering office management, operations support, HR administration, sales support, and finance support. Experience with CRM software such as Workpal, Big Change, Connect Teams, or Salesforce. Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft 365. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently, take full ownership of work, multitask, and work under pressure. A team player who is confident, ambitious, self-starter, and commercially aware.
