The Role:
A leading company in the connectivity sector is seeking a Billing Support Manager for their rating and invoicing platform. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn. You will lead a small team dedicated to ensuring customers receive their monthly invoices accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
* Leading the billing support team
* Acting as the focal point for commercial teams regarding billing
* Providing support to platform developers as a domain expert
* Collaborating with commercial and operational functions within the business to support new products and services
* Supporting the billing platform
Skills Required:
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
* Strong technical knowledge of PHP and Symfony
* Strong technical knowledge of database systems (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Cassandra)
* Ability to identify areas to increase efficiency and automate processes
* Skill in manipulating, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets related to the billing platform
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of ERP and accounting systems
* Experience with data import/export and integration with third-party systems
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
