PRS are working with a key client who require a permanent Chef (Minimum Chef de Partie Level) for their high profile operation in the heart of Edinburgh city.
You will be contracted to 35 hours per week with a salary of £24,800 per annum, with overtime paid at an agreed rate. There are also several company benefits attached to joining one of the largest facilities management groups in Europe.
This is a contract catering role with daytime shifts being 7 hours per day between the hours of 7am and 7pm. You will be part of a large and experienced kitchen brigade, with all menu items and kitchen processes being fully specified and followed.
You must hold Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate as a minimum together with Food Allergens.
