We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager. As GM, you will play a critical role in maintaining Executive Table Group's reputation as a top dining destination in Squamish.

Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Team Development: Inspire, mentor, and manage a high-performing team to uphold ETG's service and brand standards.
2. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive and Operations Team to innovate and implement new menus, promotions, special events, and service strategies.
3. Operational Oversight: Ensure the seamless daily operation, adhering to Five Star standards and maintaining brand consistency.
4. Guest Experience: Lead efforts to deliver unforgettable guest experiences, ensuring loyalty and positive reviews.
5. Financial Management: Oversee labor, productivity, and budget targets, ensuring efficient operations and revenue growth.
6. Brand Positioning: Strengthen ETG's reputation as one of the top dining destinations in Squamish.
Qualifications
1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in senior food & beverage management in a restaurant or hotel environment.
2. Knowledge: Strong understanding of food, wine, and spirits; Sommelier designation is an asset.
3. Financial Expertise: Skilled in financial reporting, budget management, and revenue analysis.
4. Leadership: Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire a team with a focus on service excellence.
5. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, with a talent for fostering relationships with guests, team members, and stakeholders.
