A fantastic part-time role that allows you to support a great team of Teachers and 2 strong EYFS Teaching Assistants. As the main class teacher for the PM sessions, you will have the autonomy to develop the children in a caring, nurturing, and supportive manner.
There is some flexibility on hours and days for this role, but fundamental hours are at least Monday - Friday 12-4pm or 12:00-3:30pm, with planning time being flexible and possibly completed at home after a set period.
Requirements
To be considered for the role as a Nursery Primary Teacher, you will need:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent and experience in Nursery as a Teacher.
2. A genuine passion for teaching Early Years and Nursery children, with the ability to integrate active and concrete learning into your working day.
3. An exciting and creative manner.
4. To promote excellence and understand pupil progress.
5. The ability to lead the classroom with confidence and support excellent classroom management.
6. To promote learning through all areas of development, both inside and outside.
7. No holidays during the period April 22 - July 18th during Term Time.
